what is human design?
Human Design is the Science of Differentiation. It brings together different pieces of the Kabbalah Tree of Life, I' Ching, Astrology, the Chakra System, Quantum Physics and beyond, and was channeled by Ra Uru Hu in 1987, then expanded on throughout his years learning its multiple facets. It uses what is referred to as a BodyGraph (your Human Design Chart) that is calculated using the time, place, and date of your birth, such as a Natal Chart would.
It is an essential tool you can add to your toolbox of life that acts like a manual or map to how you are meant to spend your energy and interact with others energy. "Human Design is about decision making..." (Ra). It is a decision making tool, and a way of coming home to yourself. Of loving yourself. Because you get to make decisions as you and for you, not anyone else.
It is known as the Science of Differentiation for a reason. It means that everyone is different and works differently based on their unique energy and mechanics. Their Design.
what is included in the human design foundations: laying the groundwork reading report?

what if i don't know what time I was born?
It is best that you do have your birth time before we dive in. Since everything in the cosmos is always moving, your design is always changing throughout the day. There are astrology services that can help you figure out what time, or you could try calling the hospital where you were born if it isn't on your birth certificate (or you don't have access to your birth certificate). The more accurate the time is, the more accurate your reading will be.
What does my chart tell me/mean?
Your chart might look a little complicated at first glance (or the first few hundred, haha), but I have a Free BodyGraph Key available when you sign up for the newsletter. Save it to your devices and reference it over and over for reference! You can find the link to subscribe on the home page!

Voxer is a free walkie talkie messaging app that I use for Deconditioning Support Packages. It offers a variety of services within the app and is likely something you can use to talk to other people in your network as well!
